4.3 PTR

Finally after a few weeks of disconnecting every time I logged onto the PTR, I got the problem sorted, so now I can check out the transmogging stuff.

I think that transmogging has a fair price on the PTR, the above image shows a 261g cost on something that is not even a full set, but as it goes in Warcraft at the moment it is not too hard to earn some cash.

There is a problem with the level 60 pvp gear at the moment, I was unable to use it for transmogrifying, apparently this is a bug and nothing to worry about (I hope.)

I'm also quite excited to see the new Darkmoon Faire Island which is not open yet, maybe it will open this weekend when the actual Darkmoon Faire starts. It will be nice to see what unobtainable gear you will be able to pick up there.

Been wondering around the PTR for a little while now, just taking some screenshots of stuff that people may find interesting, and some nice looking characters that I have come across. Enjoy.

That is me done for the night, will add more info and pictures later. :)

Twilight Caster

I heard that the Twilight Cultist Robes were going to be untransmogable (is that a word??)  so I was trying to look for something that shared the same colours and could pass for a member of the Twilight's Hammer.

Selection of Shields

Whether Pally, Shaman, or Warrior. Healing or tanking. A shield is very important for the look of your character, because, as you know, that is mostly what you see hanging off their back when playing.
Here is a few selected nice looking shields (although I think Cata has some pretty designed shields, so you might not want to transmog them.)

Glacial

This look takes a few piece from the Glacial set, a level 60 crafted frost resistance set. I think it would look great on a frost mage. Loving the detail in the robe!

It's Hallow's End

Hallow's End is upon us, and for another week the Headless Horseman can be defeated in the SM Graveyard. When you kill him once a day you will be given a Loot-Filled Pumpkin bag which contains Hallow's End items, which could include The Horseman's Horrific Helmet or the The Horseman's Sinister Saber.

Dress Up Box - Little Red Riding Hood

Whilst on a quest to the deepest depths of Karazhan on the search for sparkly goods, a bright light appeared before me, beaming down on top of me. I could hear a crowd cheering and applauding. As I turned around, a large curtain rose from the wooden platform I seemed to be stood on... and there was grandma.

Inspiration hit me, as well as the claws of the Big Bad Wolf.

Merciless Gladiator's PVP Gear

Merciless Gladiator gear is still obtainable in the game. You can get this gear from trading the tier 5 tokens that drop from bosses in Tempest Keep and Serpentshrine to the vendor Soryn on the Isle of Quel'Danas.

The gears skins are identical to the tier 5 items, although the colouring is a teeny tiny bit different, so if you still have some of this gear hidden in the depths of you bank then cool, but whether you want to spend your hard earned tier 5 tokens on PVP or the PVE gear is up to your personal preference on how you want to look.

The matching boots, belt and wrists are also all available on Quel'Danas, but are not able to be brought with honour, instead you need justice points. These can be obtained from Kayri, the Exotic Gear Purveyor

Level 70 Brutal Gladiator's Gear

It's just really hit me, why am I making individual posts for each class, when I could just put all the information in one post and save a lot of hassle (and maybe time? I don't know about that really)

So, here are the final few of the Brutal Gladiator's Level 70 PVP gear!! Hooray.

Shaman

Druid

Rogue

Mage

Brutal Gladiator's weapons have unique looks, which make them excellent for transmogrification. They are also very cheap to get hold of too, the two-handers being as cheap at 350 honour.

Level 70 Brutal Gladiator's Gear - Priest

I am not a big fan of the head which comes with the cloth Brutal stuff, but I think the rest of the set looks good on an Undead, whether that be a Mage, Priest or Warlock.

Cataclysm Combos - Tier 6

Tier 6, a set of brilliant designed armour, just waiting to be transmogged onto your latest piece of gear.

The tokens drop from Black Temple and Mount Hyjal bosses, so are a little bit of a pain to get hold of if you are a solo player, however most can be done with two, or three people.

Tier 6 also reintroduced the matching belt, wrists and boots for a set bonus, which we saw in Vanilla but was missing throughout The Burning Crusade, these tokens drop in the Sunwell Plateu, which again will need a few people to complete.

Please, ignore the big ginger beard.
